Government officials and institutions enforcing environmental rights in Asia
The Asia Environmental Enforcement Awards publicly recognize and celebrate excellence in enforcement by government officials and institutions or teams combating transboundary environmental crime. They combat and hold accountable those engaged in illegal trade in wildlife, chemicals or waste, including plastic, all of which become increasingly significant in the COVID-19 response and recovery era.
